Quality Improvement
Though many organizations seek to maintain ISO standards, for some Six Sigma quality is an achievable goal. We all know that quality problems persist. We see it in the news all the time, and for some of you, you experience it. Whether it's recalls that damage reputation or poor merchandise that is returned and erodes margins, quality affects the bottom line. Why is it that we as humans always tend to more reactive than proactive? Does it always have to take a problem before we examine our processes and look to ensure we are turning out non-defective material? Preventing these issues in the first place is where we all want to be, but to do that we have to be proactive and introspective. We as leaders, have to be willing to examine the processes we're responsible for and find control gaps or other process inefficiences and then correct those issues. If you're one of those leaders who would like to take the proactive stance to quality management, contact us to discuss how Pyramus Consulting can help.
