Joshua Blatt, Managing Principal

Josh Blatt is the Managing Principal of Pyramus Consulting LLC.  His wealth of experience is varied and includes risk management, operational process improvement, and program and project management.  He has been successful assessing risks to major initiatives and developing strategies to mitigate risk.  Josh's experience includes the detailed assessment of complex and multifarious business processes, noting critical areas for improvement.  He has led multidisciplinary teams in the development of relevant and detailed solutions and associated actions plans.

Mr. Blatt is an expert in program and project management.  He has significant experience leading teams in the design and implementation of program management offices around a variety of major initiatives and has been a thought leader around comprehensive program office methodologies.  Josh has consulted with Fortune 100 companies as well as small and mid-cap organizations on the design and implementation of Enterprise Program Offices and initiative specific PMOs.  He has delivered seminars globally on topics such as, "Program Management in an International Context, "Harnessing Risk," and has taught other professionals in the principles of project management and risk management.  His credentials include the Project Management Institute's (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Prior to Pyramus Consulting Josh spent 10 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers where he lead a program and project management practice in New York.  He is currently serving on the Board of Directors of the PMI Risk SIG.

Josh received his B.B.A. from the Fox School of Business at Temple University in Philadelphia, PA and an M.B.A. from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University in Washington, DC.

Myung Choi, Director

As Director, Myung has over 10 years of professional experience across industries including Financial Services, Insurance, Automotive, Technology, Entertainment & Media, Investment Management & Real Estate, and Government.  During this time, Myung has led engagements with Fortune 100 clients as well as small and mid-cap firms undergoing critical business process reengineering, key systems integration and implementation, as well as Program and Project Management infrastructure development.

Myung has specific experience around IFRS professional services methodology enhancement and workflow automation.  He has managed and streamlined the design, integration and implementation of Big 4 firm engagement processes by lines of service, enhancing project management capabilities, and leading the development of custom built system application solutions that are adapted to IFRS Conversion Methodologies, enabling a holistic and seamless solution that clients are able to bring to market.

Prior to Pyramus Consulting, Myung was with PricewaterhouseCoopers, leading client engagement teams in the design and implementation of Program/Project Management Office infrastructures, process improvement initiatives around complex financial processes (including IFRS initiatives, financial reporting, and internal and external audit), IT integrations and builds, as well as integration of ethics and compliance functions.

Myung received his BA in Economics with a concentration in Accounting from the College of Arts & Sciences at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ.
