Pyramus Consulting LLC is a management consultancy headquartered in Princeton, New Jersey.  Led by Joshua Blatt,  Managing Principal, Pyramus provides leading services in the areas of operational improvement, program and project management and risk management.

Mr. Blatt’s background includes 10 years within PricewaterhouseCoopers' Advisory group where he contributed to thought leadership around areas such as strategic and enterprise-wide risk management, internal control frameworks as well as project management methodology.  He has been successful in assessing risk to major initiatives, developing strategies to mitigate risk, and creating contingency plans when risk cannot be avoided.  Josh’s expertise also includes the detailed assessment of complex and multifarious business processes, noting critical areas for improvement as well as those susceptible to risk.  He has led multidisciplinary teams in the development of relevant and detailed solutions and associated action plans.  He is an effective change agent and group facilitator.
 
Josh is also an expert in program and project management.  He has had significant experience leading teams in the design and implementation of program management offices around a variety of major initiatives and has been a thought leader around comprehensive program office methodologies.  Josh has consulted with Fortune 100 companies as well as small and mid-cap organizations on the design and implementation of Enterprise Program Offfices (EPOs) and initiative specific program management offices (PMOs).   He has delivered seminars globally on topics such as "Program Management in an International Context," “Harnessing Risk,” and has taught other professionals on the principals of project management and risk management.  His credentials include the Project Management Institute’s (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

 

Josh Blatt’s broad industry experience encompasses financial services, pharmaceuticals, industrial manufacturing, entertainment, consumer products, retail, dot com, technology, telecom, not-for-profit, and government.

 

Joshua Blatt received his B.B.A. from the Fox School of Business at Temple University in Philadelphia, PA and an M.B.A. from The McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University in Washington, DC.  Josh is also currently serving on the Board of Directors of the PMI Risk SIG.
